1. Provision of Technology Services
By engaging Assured Quality Technology Group, LLC, you agree to these terms concerning the delivery of technology consulting, implementation, integration, security support, and related professional services. Assured Quality Technology Group, LLC will perform work using methods and tools appropriate to the scope agreed in writing. Schedules may depend on third-party vendors, change windows, and your timely provision of access and approvals.
2. Client Responsibilities
To deliver quality outcomes, the client must provide timely access to relevant systems, stakeholders, and documentation, and maintain accurate licensing and subscriptions for products we are asked to configure or support. Assured Quality Technology Group, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by withheld access, conflicting internal changes, or unapproved modifications to production environments.
3. Fees and Third-Party Costs
Fees for professional services are separate from charges imposed by cloud providers, software vendors, or telecommunications carriers. The client remains responsible for funding those third-party accounts and licenses directly unless otherwise stated in a signed statement of work. Assured Quality Technology Group, LLC does not advance third-party fees on the client’s behalf except where explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Terminations and Modifications
Technology environments evolve. Notice of termination or material change to the engagement must follow the notice provisions in your statement of work or master services agreement. Assured Quality Technology Group, LLC may adjust methods, staffing, or tooling as needed to address security updates, vendor guidance, or regulatory requirements, with reasonable communication to the client.
